Data we process

When submitting a review: display name, rating, speciality, visit period, review text, consent records and a private contact. Standard analytics may process technical visit data.

Purpose and protection

Data is used for review moderation and publication, service security and contacting the author. The contact and original text are encrypted; access is limited to approved administrators.

Retention and storage location

There is no automatic deletion. The server is located in the Netherlands. Before submitting health information, consider applicable legal restrictions and provide only the minimum necessary information.

To access, correct or request deletion of data, email mail@visaitova.com. We may need the contact supplied with the submission to verify the request.
