Your pathway begins before any ticket is booked: the team helps organise records, obtain a preliminary case review and understand the medical, language and practical requirements of travelling for treatment.
An assistant helps organise your timeline, reports, pathology and CT/MRI, after which the records are reviewed with the surgeon. Russian and English are supported directly; an interpreter can be arranged for another language. This stage is not a diagnosis or a final treatment plan.
A video consultation conducted in Russian is free for patients from any country. An English-language or interpreter-assisted consultation is paid, with the fee confirmed in advance.
Following review, you receive a preliminary investigation list, possible treatment sequence, proposed clinical facility and an estimate of the required stay. Final diagnosis and the decision to operate usually require an in-person assessment.
Document-only guidance is free. Basic and full coordination packages are quoted individually and may include appointment scheduling, interpretation, accommodation, document and visa-support coordination through the clinic and lawful specialist partners.
The team helps establish lawful payment options available through the clinic and partners for your country. Options depend on law, banks and providers; visas, bank cards and cross-border payment availability cannot be guaranteed.
