More than adding volume

Reconstruction considers scar quality, blood supply, tissue mobility and structural support. Fat grafting does not replace every reconstructive method.

Realistic expectations

Some volume may decrease and the outcome is assessed after tissues settle. A precise retention percentage cannot be promised in advance for an individual.
